Manager & Co-owner of Mackeline & Company LLC. Bryant's Cove African Creole Soul Food Restaurant is what we are currently doing business as. Mackeline is an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, an author, a mother, and a wife. Mackeline was born in Monrovia, Liberia West Africa. She relocated to the United States in the late 70s with her father and stepmother. She is the eldest of 8 children. Mackeline attended elementary through high school in Bridgeport Connecticut and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul Minnesota.
Mackeline has been working in the financial industry for many years. Realizing her dream of owning a successful business has been a lifelong desire. She is currently co-owner of Mackeline & Company LLC, As an entrepreneur, one of Mackeline’s greatest accomplishments thus far is the publishing of her first novel entitled, “Nichoatra, The Love He Could Not Keep.”
Assistant Manager & Co-owner. Bryant was born and raised in Maysville, Kentucky. His love for food and cooking is what made him join his wife to open a restaurant. Bryant has worked in the production and manufacturing industry for more than twenty years. His hobbies are motorcycle riding, hunting, cooking, fixing old cars, and doing handyman construction work. Bryant is a loving husband and the father of two children, a biological daughter, and an adopted son. Bryant is the youngest of three boys.
